Standard monolithic e-commerce platforms struggle with regional Arabian Gulf delivery requirements: zone-based local shipping rates, cash-on-delivery tracking, bilingual Arabic/English typography, and automated customer notifications via regional communications channels.

Businesses in Qatar and the GCC frequently operate both physical retail showrooms and online ordering. When physical inventory changes without immediate digital reconciliation, stores end up accepting online orders for out-of-stock items, damaging customer trust.

Decouple the customer-facing storefront from the backend inventory ledger. Use lightweight event queues to synchronize stock levels in real time across physical point-of-sale systems and online checkouts.
