My journey began in Bangladesh, fueled by an obsessive curiosity for how things work. Long before I called myself an engineer, I spent nights taking apart electronics, experimenting with open-source operating systems, and learning to write code from first principles. I learned early that computers are utterly unforgiving: a program does not care about what you intended to write; it executes precisely what you instructed.

Moving to Doha, Qatar expanded that technical mindset into the messy reality of international business. In the Arabian Gulf, organizations are micro-cosms of the world: teams comprising dozens of different nationalities, languages, and cultural working styles collaborating under tight regulatory timelines.

Stepping into hands-on corporate management, I didn't just observe operations from behind a desk. I was directly responsible for ground-level operations across companies including Al Arab Limousine and Keystar—managing driver shift handovers, vehicle fleet leasing, traffic fine allocations, vendor contracts, and compliance under Qatar's Wage Protection System (WPS).

That immersion revealed a glaring paradox: most software built for businesses is completely detached from operational reality. Engineers write elegant abstractions from ivory towers, while ground-level operators abandon expensive software because it requires too many clicks, ignores cash and voucher realities, or fails to prevent the one simple calculation error that triggers government penalties.

Through my company FOOAV (fooav.com), I build digital systems and software products born directly out of these lived operational bottlenecks. Products like OpsLedger (opsledger.fooav.com) and PACKFOOAV CMS dissolve that exact disconnect. When I design an architecture today, I build it with the rigor of a full-stack engineer and the pragmatic empathy of someone who has personally closed the shift ledger and felt the pressure of payroll submission deadlines.
